GIF to BASE64 converter

Graphics Interchange Format is a bitmap image format. It supports static or animated images. The lossless data compression algorithm LZW is used in the GIF image format.

Base64 is a method for encoding binary data into a text-based format that is easily exchangeable over text protocols like email or HTTP.
